By using our website or booking through us you unconditionally agree to the following:

Our booking your trip

All bookings are made through third parties and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation invoice from the third party travel company.  The terms of service, and conditions of booking and travel, of the third party travel company also apply to your booking.

Cancellation

If you cancel some or all of your booking cancellation fees may apply.  Refunds will only be provided to the extent received by us from the third party travel company on your behalf.   For cancellations 30 days or less prior to departure, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking, regardless of any refund that may be provided us from the third party travel company.

Acceptance of risk

You acknowledge that the nature of the trip is adventurous and participation involves a degree of personal risk or danger. You will be visiting places where the political, cultural and geographical attributes present dangers and physical challenges.   It is your own responsibility to acquaint yourself with all relevant travel information and the nature of your itinerary. You acknowledge that your decision to travel is made in light of consideration of this information and you accept that you are aware of the personal risks or danger attendant upon such travel.

Limitation of liability

We contract with a network of companies and individuals and act as an agent for these third parties.  We are not responsible for the acts and omissions of these third parties under any circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law you waive any liability against us and our officers, employees, agents and representatives for any loss, death, injury or damage which you may suffer (directly or indirectly) in connection with or arising out of any booking or your participation in a trip.

Any claim by you is excluded to the extent that it is for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or economic loss, however it arises, or for indirect, special, punitive or exemplary damages.

Applicable law & Disputes

The laws of Alberta, Canada govern to the fullest extent allowable.  Any disputes in connection with a booking or trip must be resolved by binding arbitration in Edmonton, Canada.
