My family and I are currently travelling in El Nido in the Philippines. If you want to get the most out of your stay here, there are specific things that you really have to try so that you get the full experience of the area.

In this article I will be detailing all of the things you need to do if you are visiting El Nido.

I will also included recommended 3 day and 6 day itineraries, along with approximately how much you will need to spend in the area during the recommended time frames.

So let’s get into into it, let’s start with my recommended 3 day itinerary for El Nido. A lot of people travel here for a short period as there is not a lot to do here, however it is one of the most beautiful places you can see on earth.

El Nido 3 day and 6 day Itineraries. Recommended Philippines Itineraries

3 day El Nido Itinerary

Day 1 El Nido Itinerary

Check into hotel.
Explore Around El Nido Town
Shop around for tours (You want tour A), and book tour for day 2
Go to Lio Beach
Eat at a local restaurant
Drink at a Pub in Elnido town or sit and people watch

Flight on Air Swift to El Nido Philippines, The Rampersaud Family

Day 2 El Nido Itinerary

Check into the tour at 8 am
Go Island hopping
Once you return into town go for a massage
Eat at a rooftop restaurant

Day 3 El Nido Itinerary

Hire a driver to take you to Nacpan beach
Spend 3 hours at Nacpan beach and eat there
Eat street food (skewers)
Go for an evening hike around the beach area

Day 1 El Nido Itinerary

Check into hotel.
Go to Vanilla Beach/Corong corona beach/Las Cabanas it is all the same beach with a different name. They are rebranding the beach as Vanilla beach and it is awesome. and you can zip line across the island.
Explore Around El Nido Town
Shop around for tours (You want tour A), and book tour for day 2
Eat at a local restaurant
Drink at a Pub in El Nido town or sit and people watch

Day 2 El Nido Itinerary

Check into the tour at 8 am
Go Island hopping (tour A)
Eat at a rooftop restaurant overlooking the harbour. The view is unreal.

Day 3 El Nido Itinerary

Hire a driver to take you to Nacpan beach
Spend the day at Nacpan beach and eat there
Eat street food (skewers)

Day 4 El Nido Itinerary

Hike all around El Nido town
Visit the tiny old school gym in El Nido Town
Book a scuba dive (there is great diving here for dirt cheap)
Book a second tour (they are also cheap around $30 USD per day do tour C)
Party at Pukka Bar

Day 5 (hangover day) El Nido Itinerary

Hire a driver to take you to Lio beach Tricycle cost is $250 Pesos.
Vegetate on Lio Beach and take an optional walk along the beach
Hang out on bean bags at Lio Beach at one of the random restaurants
Head back to town and people watch

Relax at Lio Tourism Estate El Nido, Philippines

Day 6 El Nido Itinerary

Scuba Dive 3 tank dives are only $4000 pesos
return to town around 3:30 in the afternoon
Eat at one of the chilling restaurants with swings inside (instagram heaven)
Go for a waterfall hike or if you are there on a Sunday. Check out the Sunday market cock fights
